Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Standard UK Delivery

Our standard delivery estimate is 5–8 business days in total, including approximately 1–2 business days for processing and 4–6 business days of carrier transit.

Order Cut-Off

Our standard order cut-off time is 2:00 PM UK Time, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on UK public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Applicable delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Delivery Delays
